Le Simon

Le Simon was born from a way of living, where the table is a place of culture, generosity, and connection. Set at the heart of Magic Megève Bois, it reflects a spirit shaped by long meals, shared bottles, and attention to quality. Inspired by Simon, a devoted French gastronome, Le Simon balances French culinary discipline with Italian conviviality. Simplicity, ritual, and pleasure come together around a long table — a place to gather, to eat well, and to linger.

The Andrew at Magic Megève Bois is our brand-new restaurant where fine dining meets experimentation. The kitchen here is bold and generous. Flavours dance rather than march. Dishes evolve, surprise, provoke. Zest, flame, smoke, crunch — everything is allowed, so long as it is excellent. Where Le Simon is precise, The Andrew is exploratory. Where Le Simon guards tradition, The Andrew reinvents it. Where Le Simon whispers, The Andrew laughs.
